 Johnson 200 GT engine not Startin

Hey guys I've been working on my 89 Johnson 200 GT engine and for some reason I'm not getting any spark from the engine. If anyone would have any suggestions on a fix to the problem I am all ears. I have tried everything to my knowledge and really need to get this boat up and running by friday. Any info would be great.

Check the stator out-put. Pay close attention to the windings, looking for weeping. Look at wiring and check regulator as this model is bad about regulator causing a fire as the 12v supply is unfused to the starter solinoid. Igntion starts with voltage generation from flywheels permanent magnets interaction with the stators ignition coils sending voltage to the power packs, with timer base signal telling power pack to send voltage to the ignition coils, firing the spark-plugs at the correct time. With the ignition switch and the kill switch acting to ground the ignition system to kill the motor.

Hey thanks for the help Gary. The problem ended up being I bought a bad battery from Academy. Lets just say Im not buying Stowaway anymore. I tend to always have a problem with them for some reason they didnt work to well in my other boat as well.
