Hey guys, I just want to thank a few people for pointing me in the right direction on my first yak. Jason Foshea, Shane Davies "YaknYota", "Daveg99" and especially Colleen from Heart of Texas Kayaks who sold me my Manta Ray 11. This yak is perfect for me.

Last Saturday (10/17/09) I took it out on the Brazos and loved every minute. Struggled catching live bait, but with the bait we did catch, we caught feesh. Here a couple of pictures of me and "DanH"... I also lost a nice Rattle Trap to a stubborn 14"+ gar.

Congrats on the new yak, man!

Looks like you broke it in right. thumb

I can't but somehow feel responsible for contributing to your becoming a kayak fishing delinquent. peep

Enjoy it!

OH I did, no Shiners this trip though, but Yes, you are a main contributor to my purchase! I am already trying to schedule a yak fishing trip to the Gulf for some Reds!

Sweet yak. I took mine to the coast the first weekend. The next weekend I went to the Brazos. My yak came with some good luck too.
