What brand of toon, some have long warranties on the bladders. I had to patch a big hole in a bladder and had a patch but didnt have any adhesive. I went to hobby lobby and bought a tube of Amazing E-6000. I patched the hole then after a week tested it and found a leek on the edged of the patch. I put a thick bead of E-6000 all the way around the edge. Again I waited a week to test it and it held. If you cant put a patch on it then try globing it in layers over several days allowing it to cure after each application.
I also bought a new bladder when the patch didnt hold because I was making a run on the Brazos soon and didnt know if the patch would work. I now keep the patched bladder as a backup.
I hope this helps.

Marine Sealant and a patch.

If money is tight, check craigslist. Enter tube or pontoon in the search feature then enter $200 or something to eliminate the big pontoon boats.

Another option (since you live close to both stores) is to buy the cheapest tube made by BassPro or Cabelas. Keep in mind the seams will probably fail on you at some point. I've had them go out the first trip and I've had them last 3-4 months. But with the no question asked return policy you'll stay in a tube until you can afford to spend more money.

BassPro's cheap tube

Cabelas cheap tube

What brand of toon is it. I have a creek company and the replacement bladder cost $40.00 plus shipping.
