I am working in Georgia and heard a guy cut the tail of a fish at the McDonalds on Fork. Does anyone know what happen on this?

I was there and talked with Bob Sealy and he said there was a fish that had the tail cut. This also happened at the Legend tourney and the Skeeter tourney. It's possible that the fish in question was released from a previous tourney. The game wardens were there awaiting polygraph results. They took fish with them and went out of sight so I don't know outcome. Just my 2 cents
