Really, they were from Mars. I swear!

After spending a day on the Brazos River with them, I can attest to the fact that all four of them were seasoned kayak fishermen, as well.

Now, as evening approaches, Ronnie winds up CPRing the best fish of the trip. A 23 3/4" trophy river LMB that winds up being the big fish of the trip and a Personal Best for him.

Nice fish!!!







As the sun sinks lower into the horizon while on our way to the takeout, we are treated to a spectacular array of color changes in the river basin.

It was a true pleasure getting the opportunity to spend a day on the Brazos with Barry, David, Ronnie and Chris. I look forward to fishing the river with you guys in the future.

I would like to be able to take credit for all the great photos. However, I owe David big time for sharing camera duty with me. I managed to bring my camera, but left the battery at my house, in the charger.
