 how do i debone a flounder?

hey guys can someone help me with deboning a flounder? preferably with pics  thanks for any help

its hard to say... find the spine, drink a beer. start cutting down slowly on one side, lets say right side, as to not cut through the ribs, drink a beer. then start filleting outaway from the ribs, and stop when you're far enough, do the same to the other side. you probably need another beer. cut off its head, but not the neck, and fillet the rest of the spine and ribs from the body. post this question on the salty area. I always just fillet flounder, its mas bueno. here is some beautiful artwork for you to enjoy.

haha nice picture! ok i see what you mean you just open it up like a book. ya i have always just filleted them but i saw some pictures of stuffed flounder and it looked really good. thanks again for the reply!

I owuld check youtube. There's a lot of stuff about filleting on there. I bet there's something on flounder.

ya youtube is full of "how to fillet" stuff, but i already know how to fillet.
now ive gotta not work so much so i can go catch some flounder!
