OP davekay Angler D Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 480 ft. worth	I would like to find the answer to a question i have had and know that the combined wisdom on this forum should be a source for the definitive answer. What is the right way to eat catfish? I have heard that one should serve it with side dishes like coleslaw, potatoe salad, french fries,hushpuppies, sliced onion, or even Texas caviar yet when i'm frying fish it all gets eaten within seconds after it comes out of the grease. Please don't recomend frying more fish because it seems the more fish you fry the more people show up. I guess my real question is what should i do with all the left over sides?
