Just purchased a new Pflueger Microspin combo rod and was wondering if anyone has any comments? It really looks and feels like summin sweet.

My brother has had two of those and both broke the first or second time out. He is trading it in for something else. The reel is decent but they are kind of fragile.

I like my wally rod combo, and for the money, you can't go wron. Can't wait until next month when I can get up to bass pro, to get one of them new ones.

nothing against (WALLY) but the experience I have with the Wally Marshall rod if i started out with a 11' rod after a few trips i would have a 4'6" ultra light. Now, i know i didnt return that pole to Basspro, but it left me stranded for a day.I thought I would give a nother line of rod a try.
