I was going to join the new Ray Roberts Bass Club and fish their inaugural tourney on this day because I thought it would be a bass club that fished Ray Roberts exclusively. When I found out that they would be fishing all area/TX lakes I decided not to do it. I should have! Funny side note, I get to the Jordan Ramp at 0645 and launch at around 0715 and their was only one other boat there to launch with me. I thought it would have been much more crowded. I caught 8 yesterday but only took a picture of the top 3. Wouldn't you know it, but I a grab my digital camera and the batteries are out, so I had to take the pictures with my crappy cell phone camera, and I was by myself. Anyway, I hope it gives you an idea. The first two pictures are of the biggest one. I did not weigh any of the fish but I am guessing that the first one is between around 8-10 and the other two are between 4-6. Shallow flat on a shallow running crankbait. Please don't make fun of me if my guestimates are off.

Man those are some really nice bass! You should have joined the club just for this one tournament!

Who cares if you were off or right on, NO ONE will argue with you that they weren't VERY NICE fish! Any one of us woulda practically killed to have landed those fish on any given trip!
