The Wal-Mart in Quinlin had the clearance fishing stuff moved over by the end of the Pharmacy/Makeup area and they had some decent deals. They are obviously carrying less and less in the tackle section every time I go in there.

I went in there looking for some nail clippers on a belt clip and they didnt even have those anymore.

It seems Walmarts everywhere are slowly phasing out the tackle and fishing aisle. Everytime I go I think I see less and less and most of it I would not use. It is starting to look like Target fishing aisle.

They actually have made a corporate decision to do just that I believe popcork. Seems like I read about it over a year ago.

Make's me sad. Wally World at 380 and Custer in McKinney is shrinking fast too. Used to be 2x as long of an aisle. Now it's 1/2 as big as it was 6 months ago. They're replacing it with seasonal stuff. Right now it's coolers, cowboy's towels, and other tailgating type stuff. It used to be fun to go grocery shopping with the wife and sneak bait or equipment in the cart when she wasn't looking. And I can't stand Target, their fishing aisle makes me laugh, hard!!
