Large Jalepeno peppers cut the ends out of them and a little slit in the side
Blacken some chicken breasts and cut up and put inside the peppers
Put some chunks of velveta cheese in them
wrap a piece of bacon around them and stick a tooth pick in it to hold it all in
put in a pan and put in oven at 350 degree until done

These are great, one of my favorite things to eat! But if you have a grill/smoker try them there instead of the oven.

halve 'em and stuff with cream cheese and just a piece of bacon.
Cook in the oven til the bacon is just done.
You know, I wonder how something sweet... like apricot jam would go with this. I'll have to report back to y'all on this one unless somebody else beats me to the punch!

I put honey on mine. Stuff with cheddar, wrap with bacon, spinkle some seasoned salt on them and smear in honey. I can eat a ton of those things.

Here is my recipe:
I like to do about 40 peppers at a time since this many fit nicely on my two heavy duty baking pans.
Mix up a thick dough of Masa
Cut out the stem with a small sharp knife, removing the seeds and as much of the membrane as possible
Stuff each jalapena with a small strip of cheese and an equal amount of sausage....(I vary cheese types and sausage types for variety)
Coat each jalapena with Masa dough and place on baking pan.
Bake at 375 until Masa is done
Serve with a main dish or by themselves. Offer a salsa dip for those who want a little more zip!
These are also great if deep fried, however......if you want a little less grease, baking is the way to go.
****Sun sinking low....lines baited.....gentle south breeze blowing...you realize.........I AM! .

I pick some nice larg Jalapeno's, cut the top's off and take out the seeds.
Take about 50/50 cream cheese and shreaded cheese (your choice but I use colby). Mix together good. Then take 1 can or package crab meat (you can use imitation but I prefer the can crab meat) chop it up fine. Then cook l lb hamburger meat, seasoned to taste and add that in.
Stuff the peppers, wrab in a cheap thin bacon and throw it on the grill. Damn there good!
