My 86 Ranger has them in the splashwell and around the bottom of the consoles. All in cap none lower. They are all from Texoma. I used to crack mounts on my Lowrance X 15 every once in a while. I read an article that said trailering is haedest on a boat and I believe that if you stay out of real rough water. Hitting a 3 to 4 footer a little wrong is hard on them too. I finally removed the X15 because I could no longer get the parts to fix it.

I have a triton tr series 02 and it is the only boat that I ever owned without stress cracks and I had skeeter. ranger, hydra sports with kevlar and others, extreamly happy with triton.

I owned a Bullet for 8 years and it did not have one stress crack when I sold it. Bought an Allison and so far have none.

Its a 2006 ZX200... Stress crack on the top cap started appearing two weeks after I bought it off the showroom floor. The stress cracks under the numbers on the starboard side just appeared (or at least I just noticed them). I'm taking it next week. We'll see how it comes back.

I have a Pro-Gator V200. I have one in the splash well. It was from me not rasing the motor high enough on the motor toter. It is about 6" long. No other ones that I can see.
