dadgum! how much did it weigh and here i am thinkin flatties live bait only fish I've got a bunch of friends that catch big flatheads regularly on crankbaits and plastic worms.

I read an article in "In-Fisherman" that made alot of sense. Catfish are predatory, just about every catfish Ive cleaned has had some kind of plastic bait in its belly....maybe those arent logs that are breaking of our lines. Congrats

Couldn't find good scale that would weigh him, he weighed 65lbs on a set of old rusty cotton scale,s
