I know the Lewisville map is dead on. Especially the GPS coodinates for the Gravel Pits.

The trick at the gravel pits is to go to those coords and putt around a little marking your own gps for the many many humps you'll find. If they don't hold fish one day, they may the next or even the next hours or two.
They're general areas for you to start with.
Does this years' edition have Deadman's Point? That one has some secrets you have to look around on to unlock the secrets.

i have an older version of that book, but it doesn't have too many lakes with coordinates.

It can be, at the right times, just like anywhere else. it's also a great place to practice w/ your electronics.
It's a very good place to re-consider your slab inventory levels. hmmm

good deal...iom just glad it has good info and accurate. if it shows mw some decent spots on a lake i have never been to then it makes it worth $10. the only thing i wish was that it was a little more clear on water depth.
