how can you fix the gas meter
mine is not working
and i cant tell how much gas i have

academy sells the pickup thats where I would start, they dont cost much, first check the wiring for shorts/breaks if thats good put in a new sending unit, guage last.
check the ground wiring to the guage and make sure its good as well.

Sounds like the sending unit went bad. Take it out and test it first. If it's good check the grounds.
