Mr. Hellbender i cant understand ,billy d.I must have missed something.Jagg rainbow connection takes me back to when i was a kid over 40 years ago.But i still dont beleive the rattle snake thing.Even a black bass knows better than to eat a snake with a rattle on it.But if your idea of a good trip is using deadly baits to ultimately catch one bass, then hes your man.Go for it! hes dropped his rate from rape to gentle sodomy. And as for no pay no catch, well lets just say he hasnt been doing that since 94 like he says he has.

Bass Professor

Ummmmmmmmmmm. . . the Professor says snakes work, gonna have to side with him, because he has a degree in BASS.

It's more than the catfish would do.

Bass will eat anything. I caught a bass one time and I could see something stuck in the back of its mouth. Pulled it out and it was a snake fang!

Cool Story

That makes me smile---
I feel like this forum is kinda like "hanging out" with friends.
I never like those kind of guys in my group.

A good fisherman once told me bass hates snakes. They are a predator that eats the young during spawning. I just don't have the guts to try it with a snake. Keep up the good work YakNYoda! Maybe see you on the river sometime soon.
