That does not suprise me one bit. rolleyes

What else are they going to talk about???

After all, most of the guys on TKF Freshwater Forum aren't used to actually catching any fish from a kayak.

The TKF "Mod Squad" has managed to run off most of the good freshwater kayak fishermen over the last year or so.

Now, the forum mostly consists of a few wannabees and a moderator who is a bonified internet reincarnation of Barney Fife. rolfmao

cheers

Great report BTW.

This is awesome! So did the paddle whack kill it or just knock it for a loop?

Thanks, DanH.

It was stunned from the paddle blows and then I lifted it into the kayak footwell.

I don't consider any snake dead until it's head is removed. I needed to keep the rattler alive with the head intact to keep from flying off the jig when I would cast it.

If felt that the little "extra wiggle" of it being alive would allow me to fish it slower and get the maximum result.

Apparently, it worked. grin

Why do you always show up in these threads talking smack? Do you have a secret crush on yak or what?

I wasnt trying to start anything,Im just sayin if your desperate enough to use a deadly serpent for bait the fishing couldnt be all that plus the fact if I was a guide and fishing was bad enough to lower prices to get folks to fish with me i would try a BS fishin story to try and get folks exited too.Its good stuff. Not fooling anyone here though.I liked how he "left the bait in the bass' mouth, nice touch. Its also interesting to note the only fish of the day was caught on a old stand by ,a baby rattler!!!LOL.I hope he books all the trips he can handle .Goodness knows there are people out there who would love to fish with the herpatologist slash river guide.Oh and jagg thats a good one (haterade) ive never heard that one before!Maybey you should take the show on the road and make millions being a comedian!

R.Dallas it seems like you have a personal vandetta against yaknyota. Your in almost all of his posts heckling. Maybe you should lay off the negativity and you might be a happier person.
