My brother just bought a repo 2005 Triton 898 but the depth finder was not with it. I think it came with the Lowrance X51. The X67 uses the same mount and it looks like the plug-in is the same. Anybody know if we got the 67 model finder if it will work with the 51 wiring and transducer?

look on the lowrance web site they have a listing showing what works with what.or rather what power cord and transducer with what...rick

Thanks it would not work with transducer already int the boat. He ordered either the HD5 or 7, BPS has some coming in this week.
