You should check out the owner hooks although a lot of people like some weight in front to till it... But you have to have a faster retrieve that way. Topwater although some people use half of them as a swim jig trailer

You can rig them w/ a single 'frog' hook (several brands make them, including Zoom and LF Tackle, I believe). Also, some brands make a twin hook that I like. The one I've used is by Gambler, but others make them too. The twins are like the hooks that come on the hollow-body frogs like SPRO. When I use a twin hook on a kicking frog like a Ribbit, I skin hook each of the hooks into the side of the frog to hold the frog straight during cast and retrieve. W/ the twin hook, I've had better luck w/ hooking and boating fish; the single hooks are trickier to hook the fish and result in more misses for me. W/ both twin and single you still have to wait until you feel the fish load up before setting the hook. Otherwise you risk snatching the bait away.

I bought some twin hooks by tru tungsten but they arent big enough and very difficult to rig up...where did you get the gambler ones?

Doesn't Ribbit make a hook especially for the Ribbit Frogs? Or you could just buy the pre-rigged ones and use the hooks over again.
