Went out there last night...it stopped raining around the time I hit it up..usually between midnight and 3am..
caught 2 one pretty good size catfish and a crappie. Only stayed about an hour and 1/2
Prolly be out there tonight...rain is supposed to let up.

Deadstick a roostertail on top of a no wake bouey,i mean balance it good. then wait patiently.
If you want to catch monster rockbass then send boosted03 a pm. Rock Bass? Sh!t I haven't even caught one of them lately. Hope all this rain might help but I doubt it...

Yep, I am back from Vegas and actually took my tired A$$ out Sunday for about an hour and some change..caught 2 spots and 1 lmb....that water was a little cooler. Son lost 1 but all in all we had a good time. Same ole spots just not much action!

I fished my spot last night for a while and got nothing. It seemed the rain made the fishing worse?

I noticed a ton of bait fish in there on Sunday but the bass chasing them were dinks....I fished it but ended up moving out around the edges to have any luck....

Finally got to hit the vine after what seems like an eternity. Went on a bank trip with guide 1fisherJZ and tell you what, it was fun. Between all the trash talk and rain it was good fishin.
All in all, managed to catch 5, nothing with real size but my guide caught one that might have gone 3.0, probabaly 2.9 though.
