Lake is at 403.43 at 8 am Thursday morning and seem to be holding. I think they may hold it now. Two days ago and I think there were 2 gates open for most of the day but closed now.

Good luck to everyone fishing this weekend. I think the lake will fish good with the foot of new water over the grass.

Good luck to all fishing this weekend and watch out for the floaters. I am sure there will be plenty along with the crazies.

Talked to an SRA guy at the dealership today and he stated that they had no plans on opening any gates this weekend. They need to pump all excess water to Tawakoni and not let it go down the sabine.

Wouldn't that create the same condition > dropping water. I wonder how fast those big pumps can drop the lake?

I was told the pumps were being rebuilt. They did not work correctly so they sent them off to have them rebuilt. Now Tawakoni should be full with all this rain they all should be full !! Good Luck To All !
