It was some extreme fishing was invited to go out with Pencil poper(Greg) we had a good time got on the water at about 5:00pm left at 8:00 caught plenty of fish big fish were elusive the jig we were using was patterned after a SMS jig it was incredible. Here is Pencil Poper  We had some fast action.  The Mohawk were biting good.

Pat, I was on Air Field shore from 5 to 7 Sun. in the rain. I saw one boat out. I guess it was you all. I planned to stay about 30 minutes, but it stretched when I saw a big bait fish being chased at the waters edge. The small sandbass and small hybrids bite was constant and spectacular along the shore. Only kept 2 big sandbass. The biggest 2 undersized hybrids were 15 and 16. Caught 2 good keeper cats also.....Although the fish were small it was a lot of action. Glad the crappie bit for you.
