The wind blew 25 to 35 mph and made fishing hard as you can believe. We had 4 foot rollers on the main lake for both days. Some teams had success and some teams wanted to throw up their hands. The teams that did well reported that one person tried to hold them on their spot while one member fished. They would switch out on the trolling motor when they got tired. This was the only way to try and hold on the key spots that held the fish. These are two day totals. It was hard to put together two consecutive days. The team of Callison and Norrod had 17.93 pounds on day one and dropped to only 13.90 for day two. But, it was enough to hold on to first place and take home the top money.
Big Fish Shockley / Arledge 7.76 2nd Big Fish Stockard / Arrington 6.40
Callison / Norrod 31.83 Brooks / Brown 29.02 Jeffrey / Pullig 28.54 Stoker / Stone 28.25 Wharton / Wharton 26.90 Fulton / Buchanan 26.57 Reynolds / Cartmel 26.52 Butler / Bradley 26.52 Smith / Smith 25.65 Wendeborn / Haywood 25.23
A big thanks to Dobyns Rods for their awesome support they gave to us this year. A lot of our team members are now using their new Series 2 Dobyns rods and loving them!

Thanks Barry. Also, thanks Tommy for a good year.
We had some 2.5 - 5 lb fish figured out and thought we were going to get beat by some people that had 4-7 lb fish figured out. Guess we lucked out this time.

Sorry for not posting the pics or the complete run down of the tournament. I left the next day for a week in the mountains of New Mexico, chasing elk with my bow. Will get them on the website very soon. Just got back in tonight. 610 mile drive, stopping only for gas. Too tired to do it now. LOL
