Bass fishing, it would be a positive thing. From what I have heard and experienced, the run off provides a current and fresh nutrients into the water and the bass are attracted to this. Now, the rain might cause a mudline, depending on the bank structure of your lake. Real rocky lakes wont be too much affected my murky water from runoff.

The fish sometimes stack right on that mudline where the water is a bit more clear. If they are in the murky water, fish it slower and use more noisy baits.

thats my 2 cents

two things:

1) yes its a good time to fish, especially with this low pressure. find some runoff and there should be bass there.

2) you have the coolest name on the TFF.

Anytime is the right time! If you dont go fishing due to the weather or fishing reports it just reduces your chance of catching a fish of a lifetime.

Hunter-you beat me to it! Anytime is the best time to fish. So far this year I have fished in 30 degree drizzling rain and fog in Feb. as well as 107 degree heat at Falcon in June. And they were both great!

If you love fishing like I do you go every chance you get...but you're right...more people will catch more fish when the water temperature gets back into the 70's and lower.
