I placed an order yesterday with Crucial Tackle and just received my goodies.. Now that is lighting fast service.

Ordered friday early, got a call 2 hours later that they were out of one color and they would send it in a few days without freight charge. Got the worms this afternoon. Best service in the business...............First place I'll call from here on out.

Yes, they called my house and told my wife that they were out of some of the stuff I ordered and they would send it next week without a freight charge also.
I really liked the fact the Lady(do not remember her name) made a personal call rather than send an email. They should market their model of cutomer service...
Again, Job well done Crucial Tackle..... First class in my book..
