Yep...great time for them too. If it's raining too hard I found they don't come up for them like SB. It's never raining too hard for SB!

+1  Seems like the fish get frisky and a little frenzied and will hit anything moving, with flash, and a little noise. Small shallow running crankbaits and traps in shad colors work well around wood when it's a light rain, IMHO.
