'Zanybody tried to contact David Moore through the BCT website? I have sent questions two or three times this summer but did not hear back from him. When I try to send a message through the "Contact Us" page at BCT, I don't get confirmation that the email has been sent, so I can't tell if my browser is not working properly, if my question is not making it to BCT, or if David just doesn't like me. cry (Kidding.)

This is not a complaint--I've always had great service from David, so I figure that somehow my questions are getting lost along the way, and I'd like to try to figure out why.

Right, but I tried to contact him earlier this summer and I couldn't tell whether my messages were ever sent.

I heard back from him while he was in France. Make sure you send another message. I've had excellent service from him.
I think he has an account on TFF as well, but I can't remember what it is.

Pretty sure that link doesn't email him directly. You'll get great service from him but that link is a bit slower. For now I'd contact Sam via phone or i think his email is sam@bigcarptackle.com

Brett,
I believe he is okiecarpangler on this forum.
He has been very busy this summer with business and setting up the new warehouse. Plus several tournaments in US and France.
If all else fails get in touch with me and I will go over there. I only live about 10 minutes from his store.

If I may hijack....

Is there any items that BCT has at the moment that are practically a steal?

Thanks, everyone. I, too, have had great service from David. The only problem is that I can't tell whether my messages (sent through his site) are going through.
