Fished the I30 bridge from 8:30-10:30am just long enough to check on the bite, wound up with a good bag of thick filets. Bite was not fast nor furious, but it was steady. The most promising sign to me was the quality of these fish, thick and full of shad. Not a single throw back! with the biggest just under 1.5#. Nothing huge, just good solid fish. All fish caught @ 12-15ft down in 20-24ft of water. Lime/Chart and Blue/Chart. Most seemed to be reaction strikes pulling the jig away from the collumns, or slow dragging it past. Good Luck
