I was on the water at 8:30AM and was home by Noon. It was a great day to be on the water. The wind was calm and by mid-day it was light out of the SE. Almost Every tree had a bite and most of the time a nice fish. I caught 3 that were at the 1.5 lbs. The trees had the larger fish. The BP's were good but the fish were smaller. I found them in 20 feet of water and the pattern was at 14 feet. I stopped fishing early and got of the lake before the crazies arrived at the party cove. The count: 22 keepers, 25 dinks, 2 brim and a 7 lbs. Bass that was so nice looking that I put her back in to make more little ones. We will have a cold front by this weekend so try to get this week. I have openings on Wednesday and Thursday this week. Good Luck

Very nice. Some good ones in there for sure. Now I'm kicking myself because I didn't go.

Nice haul !!! Thanks for the shout at the 720 bridge this morning. But I think I got there a little too late in the morning. Managed one bluegill, then headed in before the ramp got too crowded.

nice haul there

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach
