Had an evening trip that started at 4pm and ended at 8pm. I cleaned 50 keepers and we threw back another 30-40 fish. (sorry Sharon) rolleyes
Caught all of our fish on jigs, color wasn't important. Caught half in 11' water on timber and the other half on a cork 2' deep.
It was the best day I've had since December.

Sounds like a lot of fun! Think I might sneak off west of boyd to BP today. Bet the bite will hold true from Lavon to here! Got to call some birds fer some fellars this weekend. If I hadn't had these plans for months I would be on lavon this weekend. Oh well, I bet they will still be in the water when I do get there! Hehehe.
See Ya!

Anybody care to drop hints on the location, I live in Allen and have fished at the clear lake park and had success from the shore.

What an experience! Neither of us had caught a fish on a jig before and Jerry showed us everything we needed to know to get it done. He had us on the fish right away and kept us on them. We caught more crappie in a few hours than we usually catch in a whole year! Jerry gave very detailed explanations of what to look for and techniques to use. I'm sure it would have taken us years to learn what Jerry taught us in just a few hours. I would highly recommend that anyone who wants to get into some serious crappie action hook up with Jerry. By the time Jerry's done with you, you'll have a hard time not catching fish. I can't wait to get back out on the water and apply what I've learned. Thanks again Jerry!

Here's the mountain of crappie!

Here's the biggest dozen:

Jerry is the King, just think put all that knowledge to work at the BFC Tourny at Lavon next week-end you just might walk away with enough cash to pay for another trip with Jerry the master. Lavon Tourny April 22nd
