Media mail is a problem sometimes. Most of my clients are from Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. I have one client that sends Media mail all the time, even though I ask him to please send it FedEx. A half dozen times, it's gotten here in 2 days! Most of the time it takes 1+ weeks. They sent me 22 envelopes last year and 3 of them never even arrived. I send 150 plus FedEx's a year and in the last year, have only had 3 late to the client (by one day because of snow or ice). None were lost.

I personally would not mind paying an extra dollar or two to speed things up. I bet most everyone else would to.

In the future, we may try to add an option for express delivery or something. That just seems to carry with it the attitude of "Oh, so if I pay extra money, they will handle mine quicker and move it to the front of the line". I do not want anyone to feel that way. The only reason someone's order which was entered later would arrive earlier, is if there was some delay in disk or tape runs, and the later order wanted the more available unit. I do apologize for the delays. I have shipped you another unit already. You will hopefully receive it shortly.

Thanks again for your patience and your orders.

Use the same patience you would use while fishing, just to practice smile
