Okay. . . I was at the Vine today and Caught a 15 1/4in Spot Crankin a Spinnerbait down the shore line when this spot hits!! So this is the Prettiest Bass I have ever seen in my life!! The spots down its lateral line where Dark Dark!! His back was a Dark Green!! He still had really nice even Strips just bellow his Line!! Just an amazingly gorgeous bass!! and of course I didn't bring a camera with me to snap a picture and I was by myself so I'm the only dingleberry who seen it!!

So My ? is. . . How many times have u been by yourself and caught either a Gorgeous lookin Fish or A Big Mamba Jamba and didn't bring your camera to snap off a couple pics so you could show it off later or so it didn't sound like one of them fishin stories!! Lets Here Them Stories Boys!!

seems everytime i catch a fish worth photographing i never have a camera.

ive fixed that now though, got a good phone with a good camera on it now

Pretty simple solution now, cell phone with 2-3mb camera.

I caught the biggest bass I've ever caught at Tawakoni a few weeks ago and what do ya know...I FORGOT MY CAMERA IN THE TRUCK! but luckly I had my phone but it still doesn't show how big and beautiful this bass was. UGH! hopefully wont ever make the same mistake!

Ya Guys. . . Cell Phone cameras kinda suck unless ur a ding dong and gonna spend a few hundo on a phone!! I'd rather buy a okay phone and spend the 2 hundred i didn't spend on something that is gonna break in a year on spend it on something more useful like a new rod or a couple new shirts and jeans!! So. . . Cell phones dont really count!! They Mainly take crappy pics of Great Fish anyway!!

I didn't get a pic of my PB and only DD ever (10.6)... That was back when cellphones were for the wealthy and everyone else had a pager. I'll be ready next time, I keep a digital camera in my tackle bag and my Iphone in my pocket to back that up if it doesn't work!

my cell phone cost me $0 & takes pretty darn good pics even has a zoom on it........ I always have it on the water & since its a PDA type phone I can turn the phone off & still use the camera.

i always bring a camera, you just never know. but you've gotta learn how to use the timer on it to take any decent pics.

I agree. Taking pics alone is a real challenge. I have asked for help several times on the water.

The best one was some yankees out of Minessota I had help me once. I had caught an 11, and when I pulled it out of the the well the said "Oh, ya, gee golly der, dats a nice one der. Wha'd ja catch it on der? A lindy rig?" Uhh...no. Whats that?

I caught my PB largemouth back in 87 without a camera. I took her in to get weighed, and the guy at the bait shop tried to take it with his poloroid and it was messed up to.

the rule of thumb for catching good numbers or big fish is: leave everything behind that would prove your fish stories to be true.

Every person I know thats a good fishermen has a fish picture book.. Pictures dont lie and fish stories are just that stories.. Ever been fishing with someone and they say they cuaght a bunch at the spot your we are at, then later come to learn it was a few years ago and with a guide and different time of year even.. If you talk smack fishing be willing to back it up with money bets or pictures..
