I wanted to let everyone know about Brian McCarty with Ebby realtor.
I few months ago I posted on TFF that I was trying to sell my house in Rowlett (not listed with an agent).
Brian e-mailed me and asked if I was interested in listing with him. After talking to him about everything he had to offer and him giving me the TFF discount. I hired him the next day and listed it the same day. We also placed a contract on a house in McKinney that same night. A few weeks later the contact fell through on our old house finacing for the buyer. Five days later he had another contract on our old house. The hole time he was able to talk the realtor of the house that we were buying into hanging in there with us. Well it's all over now and were moved into the new house in McKinney.

Brian was there with us every step of the way. Including the the day of closing when I spent most of the day waiting on a check in the lobby of the title company (11:00 to 6:30 no joke).

Not only did I get a new realtor for life I also got a new fishing partner. We have already fished our first tournment together. If you get a chance ask Brian how he did...he he he!

I haven't used Brian for real estate, but have meet and got to know him thru the TFF. I've been with him while he's made deals on the phone and I'm not surprised by any of the things you mentioned.

Brian would be a great realtor for anyone in N. Texas trying to sell or buy a home.

Bunkfish...I had the pleasure of fishing with Brian a while back..You got lucky getting him as your partner!!!!!

We went out and prefished for the tournment and he handed me my butt in my own boat. Then the day of the tournment I was always one fish ahead.
I'm not sure if it was just bad luck becuse he gave me a hard time prefishing or he let me stay ahead as a sales tactic...

You know how those sales men are he he!

I have met Brian and he is a super nice guy. He is honest and straight forward. I have never used him as a realtor but I know he would do someone a good job.

Bunkfish - thanks for the recommendation, as it is extremely hard to find a good honest realtor. I jsut moved to texas last November and let me tell you. By the time I purchased my house, I had gone thru 5 realtors. Not alot of fun, especially since one caused me to loose an awesome home. I finally ended up with a very nice and helpfull lady.
