If you guys were gonna live on/close to one lake in Texas, which one would it be? Great bass fishing being most important, also close to other lakes for the tournament scene, not too far or too close to the big citiy, good weather, etc.

Callender Lake, private so no crowds, fishing can be good, and close to all East Texas lakes.

Richland Chambers newest lake and the last "good" investment in lake property left in North Texas.

Lake Cherokee close to Longview and kilgore. Also close to lake of the pines, caddo, Martin creek, brady branch/perky, lake Palestine, and just about all other east Tex lakes.
