I am starting to drift fish more each trip (mostly bait holes and cork fish) and plan on chasing the blues this fall/winter. I only have a basic depth/fish finder on my boat. I understand the find em and catch em part but do you run the big engine over a 15' flat for example and spook em or use the troll motor or just drift over a good looking area???? hmmm
I want a color graph bad (hint Santa Claus!!!) but right now the basics all I got. Thanks in advance.

Check out some videos made my Steve Douglas on Utube. He also has a video "Drift fishing the Ohio river" on Utube. Check it out if you want to learn something.
