went in july w/dsh and did real good for a party boat. was wondering if the fishing was still good that time of year. thanks guys. also thinking about bay fishing then. anygood?

Fishing is always good there in my opinion so long as you target the species that are hot at the time. You should be in the middle of the bull red run off the jetties, always fun.

Sept/Oct is (IMHO) the best fishing of the year. Big mullet run, bull red run, the temps are cooled off and the crowds have left.

No! No! No! The end of September through October is awful. The weather is bad. The surf is terrible. There's no bait anywhere and the fishing stinks. The beach is really crowded and the condos are really expensive.
I'll be (suffering) in Port A 16-19 October. I'll be sure to let you know how bad it was when I get back.

Yeah, they all get lockjaw in Sept and Oct every year. Just like the Tuna do too...a little ways out.
