First, I'm a punk who has yet to draw a line in the sand as to when to quit, so I am unable to feel any of ya'lls pain yet.
However, one of the thing that interests me about quitting snuff is the money that will be saved. I'd want to see something tangible for my pain and suffering and thus would most likely take out x dollars each week that I would have normally spent on snuff and put it in a separate account. This would also serve as the carrot to keep me going.
I'm curious if any of you are doing anything like this, or if you are monitoring the additional money you are saving after you quit.
Thanks!
Go Fishing!

Well then quit being a damn punk, brother!!!
You choose your own destiny!!!
Think about it... dip is messing up your body and costing you a carp load of money...
Hows that working out for you?
Sorry, that sounded too much like Dr. Phil.
But maby that douche bag is right... seriously, how it REALLY working out for you.
One more thing... Your health is worth alot mor than any amout of money.
Hope you decied to do the right thing, mainly, whats right for you.

Coffee, I'm like you, the money i spent on copenhagen isn't the reason I'm quitting, I can afford it. But, since I have already been blowing the money, might as well use it for something for myself. I told my wife, I've been spending close to $100 a week on copenhagen so every week I make my deposit, I'm taking $100 out and putting in an envelope, come opening weekend of deer season, I plan to have a new rifle, after that, who knows, , but I'm sure I will think of something to buy!

What kinda rifle you going to get?
My next will be a Browning X-Bolt.
I got 2 A-bolts that I love, but the X-Bolt is sweet.

Thats a cool way to do it M5, Good for you, man!!!
Priddy, what I like about the X-Bolt is that the clip drops out like a semi-auto pistol. I know there aint too many times your going to have to take more than 3 shots, but its always nice to have a spare clip to easily drop out just incase you need it. I like my a-bolts just because the action on the rifle is so smooth, now I shoot WSM's so the action is short and sweet.
Ends out I dont have to get wisdoms cut out, but I got to get a root canal on a back tooth with a crown on it. I'll find of tomm at 11:00. Thanks, man

Either going for some accessories for my AR-15, or start layway payments for a "Ultra Crimson Carry II .45 ACP"

Funny you should ask. I have a couple of wish lists saved on some car stereo sites. Not sure I'll wait til I would have otherwise spent it on Cope. But I sure miss good music in my truck and if I ain't gonna dip, I'm gonna sing!

I've got 3 cans left. Tomorrow is the last day attempting this cancer thing. I think I may go for a walk tomorrow night and enjoy throwing out my back chunking those left over cans into the drink.

i only spend about 8 bucks a week max on snuff..i dnt dip that much...mainly on the boat...or after a meal...but that would allow me 30 bucks a month more in fishing gear. .
