I have been grilling burgers lately using combinations of seasoning trying to find the best tasting. I think I've found it  I load up the patty with cajun seasoning both sides...also go heavy on the course ground pepper. Once the patty is grilled to perfection....load it up with crispy fried onions and ketchup. Try it!
