epic fail sheb.. . I broke down.
cant cold turkey it on a body shop friday.
I of all people, understand that relapse is part of recovery (to addiction) but darnit.. I was hoping to make it cold turkey.
Im slowing WAY down tho.

understandably.
Ive only been consistant on the dippin for 2-3 years.
I dipped when I was 16-18, smoked as well from 15-24. nicotine free for almost a year, then picked dipping back up... in a body shop, of all places of course.
weak I know.
