Lets come up with a way to keep track of how we are doing.

1. How much do you dip/ smoke on a daily basis.
2. Lets pick a day and time to report in on our progress.


I dip at least a can a day and literally have a pinch in from the minute I get out of bed until I go to sleep. The only time I spit a dip out is to eat dinner. I constantly refresh all day long.
I am going through some issues right now and this is not the time for me to quit cold turkey but I am definately gonna be cutting back.

Today, got up at 6:10. Got a dip at 6:15am.

At work by 7:00am, no dip. Will be tobacco free until a little after 4:00. Gonna try to limit it to 2-3 dips this evening. One problem I have is that I take the big 3-finger dips. May not have that many dips, but still use a ton (can a day avg). That ain't good.

Here's a good way to hold yourself accountable. I'm not sure who did it first. I got the idea from Fatty.

Place an image in your sig with the date you quit. If you slip, you must change the date.

Put it in the same line that you put the GIF info and it will be right beside it.
