What a beautiful morning. If the fish just would have cooperated. I fished 3 inlets and about 12 docks all in max 6 feet of water shooting jigs and caught 2 crappie that were keepers from 1 dock and 2 bream from another.  Chuck- Hurry up and decide to come over to RC and give me a looooong lesson. The Trinity River bridge is going to be closed from May 2 til July 11. Guy-I thought I had a dock shooten rod. My 5 footer doesn't work any where as good as those 5'6" Mr. Crappie rod you let me use. And I caught the 2 on the clear big butt with black and silver flake.

I am excited to come down that way, I just hadnt been able to break free from CC. I really did well last year and I am looking forward to my next trip down there.
