When will the website be updated to see the people that qualifed for the TSC from the Fork tour, if i did its not because of the fish i caught thanks Mark

If you are not qualified to fish the Texas State Championship then Texoma is your last chance.

if the top five are quilifed do they then quilifythe next five that are not quilifed, is this true?

thanks That is correct. I also believe but am not absolutely sure that CAT bumps down if Fork was a teams 4th tourney. (i.e. the 5th place team at fork is the 4th tourney so they are qualified for the TSC, it would bump down and the 6th place team would qualify for the TSC)
