I don't know any one that I'd recommend, but I usually just work on my reels myself. I find it a learning experience. Now don't look to me I'm 16 and do this stuff for fun and since I can't afford new reels.

There is a guy on this forum that repairs and cleans reels. Do a search in the trading post for reel repair.
