Also, I have a several curados and older chonarch's that need cleaned and new bearings. Any recomendations on who does 1st class affordable reel repair?

I'd check Southwestern Parts in Dallas for both the knob and repairs. they've done me right on a brakes for my old Ambassaduer and they specialize in Abu and Shimano reel repair. Their ph # is 214-630-8161

Are you needing the drag star for a Chronarch 100B?
If so I have one that I am not using. I replaced the handle with one from a different reel and the stock drag star wouldn't work so I got one just laying around if you need it.

Well I guess I miss stated my lost part. The part that I need is the round cap and spring that screws on the right side of the reel and applies tension on the spool. I dont really know what the technical term for this part is.

Southwestern Parts ( 214-630-8161 ) would be a good place to go or you could give Lake Fork Tackle Repair a call. 903-383-2120. If they can't get it for you, nobody can
