I hear you guys talking about Cedar and other type tree's out on the lake. The large stickups that I see most of out there I wouldn't think are cedar, but are they?

Is the cedar limited to certain parts of the lake? Is it sticking out of the water?

My boat is *almost* ready and I'm gonna start hitting ray roberts hard....

If you hit a cedar around the lunar tables times you can pull 10-15 per person out in 20-30 minutes. Try to find one without too much cover on top, the ones without too much top cover seem to hold more fish in my opinion.

What a maroon!

Are they pretty spread out around the lake? Any sections better to try first? East/West/North/South? - I only ask because my boat tops out around 15mph so I need to put in pretty close to where I want to fish...

You can find cedar all over the place. We have had better luck in the Buck Creek area. East of bridge you can see more, west of railroad bridge is more under the surface. Those on west are real good targets.
