 I put a couple of Team Catfish 8/0's in 410 foot of water

Went offshore on my vacation last week at Port Aransas and tried some Team Catfish Double Action hooks on Snapper at Big Southern. Sorry this is the best picture I got of the snapps and two other odd fish that we thought were Pompano but were'nt.

Those are some great looking snapper! I can't quite make out what the others are though.

The other two fish are chubs. Usally find them around rigs. Suprized u only caught 2. Not very good to eat though

There were about 60-80 of those Chubs around the boat as soon as we got close to that rig. We caught a bunch of them and blue runners. Had one cut clean in two by a 6 foot long Barracuda.

That is awesome. Did you take your boat out? I had never been to Southern so I went with a friends dad in his 25 foot Shamrock. The way the seas were that day I would've taken mine out there. If I can get back down there next year and the seas are like they were again this year I'll be out there for sure.
