Looks like fun for all. Where did you go? this was the beautifal lake in tyler state park. my favorite little place to fish because its about 10 miles down the road. its where i caught my first 8 lb + and it is just full of fish. monster cats as well. i actually was able to put my wife on her first monster bass here as well. not sure how big that was (no scales), but it was bigger than the one in my sig, which was also one that came out of this lake. have caught many in this size range out of here. i also talked a co-worker in to coming out their with us and he ended up catching a 9+. so i am partial to this little lake. normally this time of year they are schooling and that is what i have been looking for. no luck as of yet. anyway, last night we were out for a while again. the kids didnt catch anything, but had a blast. my wife wanted to outfish me like always, and we caught a few dinks. she actually caught a very nice goggle eye which hopefully i can post later. but, she dropped her phone in the lake, which was devistating, so we ended it early. lol, anyway, its a great place to take a kid fishing.
