Wow, I only have 4 right now. I guess I need to start shopping. If my wife wonders why I buy another rod or two I'll just show her this thread.

I have a few reels and a dozen rods I have for back-ups or to use only in certain conditions. I have 14 (10 casting and 4 spinning) that I use regularly.

Had 13 but a friend of mine was kinda enough to have dropped 2 of them in the lake in one night.  I've replaced one so that makes 12 complete rigs to date with 5 more to go.  18 is the goal

I have 21....my regret is that I've tied up a lot of money in Shimano Citica's, which are good reels, but I wish I used that same money to buy like ten reels a grade up from the Citica's. I've spent enough money to have higher quality gear...instead, I've got about a dozen that I spent around $100/ea for instead of buying fewer but higher quality.

Probably about 30 in total with 12 or so that I use regularly. My problem is constant upgrading and then not letting go of the old stuff. Time for another sale! I sold 11 rods and a few reels last year and got two top end rods with the proceeds.
I'm now coveting a custom made carolina rig rod, so watch for some good cara, shimano, etc for sale soon!
