lol does the 99 lives code work in fishing somehow?

The murky water could be due to a number of things, but the lack of any aquatic vegetation definately isn't helping. Aquatic vegetation will act as a filter in the water and help clear it up, and when there is none present, then it can't help at all. one guy said to remove all the Grass Carp. You can definately remove some of them, but it is hard to remove them all. If they are in fact Grass Carp, then they were put in there by a professional, and someone spent some good money on them (they are $14 each today). But if they are Common Carp, then yes they need to be completely removed. Common Carp will swim along the bottom all day and continue to stir up the water. The Turbidness of the water is remaining that way most likely due to the Ph levels of the lake, which enable the clay particle to stick to the H2O Molecules, and that is how a lake stays muddy. The Best cure for the Muddy water would be either an Alum or Gypsum treatment. By the way, if the water is too muddy, then most likely you will have a very poor recruitment from your Bass spawn.
