I see Ernest posting lots of pics with a map in it,looks like some sort of digital map. I was wondering what software or maybe there a CD that I can get that has a bunch of Texas maps. I would like it if it had small lakes Like Aquilla also, they need to show topo lines as well. Maybe someone can shed some light on the subject.

Thanks

I USE A PROGRAM CALLED "OZI EXPLORER"
http://216.218.220.254/oziexpmain.html

I WILL DEMO IT AT THE SEMINAR IN MARCH.

I KNOW THAT THERE ARE SOME DIGITAL MAPS AVAILABLE BESIDES MINE. WILL ADVISE.

Oziexplorer is GREAT! I've used it for years.

I've scanned maps of the lake that have GPS grids, marked, then downloaded points to my GPS.

When I find some interesting structure on the lake, (or when Billy tells me to mark a spot), I upload from my GPS to a file and can then project the point on my map.
